EGL’s Newest Members

On Thursday evening, August 21, 2008, four persons were received into communicant membership at Elm Grove Lutheran through the Rite of Confirmation. Pictured between Pastor Myers and Pastor Skovgaard are (l. to r.):  Rob Fredrichsdorf, Austin Ahnert, Kayla Burk, & Jeff Wilinski.

All four of these newest members completed the summer “Key to Life” adult instruction course. “Key to Life” (KtL) can serve as a review of the teachings of the Christian faith (from a Lutheran perspective) or as the mandatory course of studies for EGL membership. A fall class is quickly forming. If you are interested, or know of someone who is interested, do contact one of the EGL pastors.
