Book Order: A book order went home today. It is due on Wednesday. You can also order online. If you would like to order online, the information is attached.
Book Report: For this book report, you may pick any book. The book should be challenging for your child, and should not be based on a movie. The book must be a chapter book. After reading the book, your child should make a poster advertising why we should read the book. Make sure that the title and author are listed somewhere on the poster. It will be due at the end of February. Your child must tell me which book they are reading by February 6th (have them bring the book to school to show me, please).
Read to Succeed: You may return your Six Flags, Read to Succeed form whenever you have read your 6 hours.
Book-It: The books for January are due on Tuesday. The children will need to read 2 chapter books in February (and pass the AR tests with at least 8 out of 10 or 80%). All of the books need to be at least a 3.6 reading level. (The book for their book report may be one of the books for Book-It.)
